From the Imagination of: Riley Hopkins
Former U.S. National Formula Atlantic Champion,
Car and Machinery Designer "Riley Hopkins Promotions, Ltd."
My past time, when I'm not racing cars, is looking for fresh Road Kill for my buddy, Keith to cook-up. This new griddle allows all of our guests to know what they are truly enjoying from the barbeque. I always keep a spatula in the trunk to pry off the Really flat ones.

From the Imagination of: Keith Caroselli
International Chili Society Competitor
Since 1993, Keith has competed in ICS sanctioned chili cook-offs as Rocky Mtn. Road Kill Chili. Never winning for chili, Keith has devoted his effort to the booth and showmanship events, winning many of each over the years. This effort has twisted his brain so that guests at his booth believe that they are really getting ROAD KILL. His original song "Kill on the Road" has become a theme song at cook-offs around California. "Enjoy this twisted Griddle !"

UPDATE! Keith just added a new product here at the website. Rocky Mtn. Road Kill Chili's "CHILI SPICE MIX".
